Refunds & Cancellations

This policy covers payments for the custom web development, web design and graphic design services supplied by Arunachala Web Technologies.

1. Request a cancellation

Email support@arunachalatech.in from your registered email address with your name, enquiry or project reference, payment/order reference and the reason for your request. Please do not send passwords, card details or OTPs. We will review the project status and confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund in writing.

2. Before work begins

If you cancel before work begins, the amount paid for unstarted work is refundable. Any customer-approved, non-recoverable third-party purchases already made for the project will be identified separately.

3. After work begins

Refunds are calculated after deducting the value of work already completed and customer-approved, non-recoverable third-party costs. We will provide a breakdown of these deductions. Completed and delivered work is not refundable merely because you change your mind; concerns about work that does not meet the agreed scope will be reviewed for correction or an appropriate resolution.

4. If we cannot complete the work

If we cancel or cannot deliver the agreed work, we will discuss a revised delivery plan or refund the payment attributable to undelivered work. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Duplicate or incorrect payments

Contact us with the transaction reference if you believe you paid twice or an incorrect amount was charged. We will reconcile the payment records and arrange a refund of any verified duplicate or excess payment.

6. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method wherever supported. We will confirm the approved amount and expected processing time in writing. The date the funds appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank. Contact us with the refund reference if the confirmed timeframe has passed.

7. Third-party purchases and physical returns

Domain registrations, hosting, paid licences, stock assets and printing purchased with your approval may be subject to the supplier's own cancellation terms. Our main services are custom digital services, so physical product returns do not apply. Any separately agreed print supply will have its delivery and return terms stated in the proposal.
