These terms describe how we provide web design, web development and graphic design services through arunachalatech.in. Please read them alongside your written project proposal before making a payment.

1. Services and project scope

Our services include business websites, eCommerce websites, web applications and portals, logo design, letterhead and envelope design, custom icons, pamphlets and brochures. Each proposal sets out the agreed deliverables, revisions, timeline and fees. Hosting, domains, printing, third-party licences and ongoing maintenance are included only when expressly listed in the proposal.

2. Estimates, prices and payments

All website prices, estimates and project payments are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Published starting prices are indicative; the final price depends on your approved scope. Applicable taxes and additional costs will be identified in the written proposal or invoice before payment. Payment milestones and due dates are agreed in writing. A website enquiry or preliminary estimate does not itself confirm a project booking.

3. Project delivery and revisions

Work starts according to the agreed proposal and payment schedule. Delivery dates depend on receiving the required content, access, approvals and feedback. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline, which will be discussed before additional work begins. Digital deliverables are supplied through the agreed electronic delivery method.

4. Customer responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact and project information, review proofs and deliverables, and supply only content, images, logos and other materials that you are authorised to use. Do not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity. Keep your customer portal credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

5. Ownership and third-party materials

Ownership, source files and usage rights for project deliverables are specified in the written proposal. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their respective licence terms. Providing a design service does not guarantee trademark registration or clearance.

6. Cancellations, refunds and service concerns

See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for how to request cancellation or a refund. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, contact us with the relevant details so we can review the issue and discuss a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under applicable law.

7. Updates to these terms

The current terms are published on this page. Changes do not automatically alter an existing agreed project proposal. Any changes to an ongoing project's scope, fees or delivery commitments must be agreed with the customer.
